LifeGuard Sync
LG Sync is required to receive the critical updates that SML provides on Tuesday nights. If not properly done code updates allowing new products/features will not be accessible. This WILL lead to you having to resell the member and lose that policy. This process should be performed every Wednesday morning before the start of your shift! You should be hardwired via an ethernet cable to perform LG Sync without issues. Do not use MIFI.

How do I know if I have the most up-to-date code?
To ensure you have the most up-to-date code, look in the upper left-hand side of LG. The date listed should be the date when the last LifeGuard code update was released, this is typically the most recent Tuesday.
The date will be listed backward. In the example above, February 11th, 2025, will be listed as 20250211. If you do not see the most current LifeGuard Code Release date listed, you must perform LG Sync.
This also applies to your LG disconnected. The two should update and sync together if you follow the process on the previous page.
