Reconnecting Webex Phone Service

If your phone service is disconnected in Webex, reconnect using the following steps. 

 

Before trying these steps please ensure you are connected to the VPN.

 

 

Step 1) 

 

Click “Open Settings”

Step 2) 

 

This box may appear. 

Click “Connect”

Step 3)

 

This Cisco box will appear. Enter your first initial and last name as the username and your VPN password as the password.

Your phone services are now connected. This box will verify the connection is complete. 


 

 

Reconnecting Webex Phone Service

If your phone services are stuck spinning and not loading reconnect using the following steps.

 

 

Step 1)

 

Click on the icon in the upper left corner. This will expand a dropdown menu. Select the Sign Out option. (*Note.* This will disconnect you from any calls or meetings that you are currently taking part in) 

 

Step 2)

 

This Cisco box will appear. Enter your first initial and last name as the username and your VPN password as the password.

 

After logging in the spinning issue should be fixed.
