Follow this process every day, in this order, before selling!

  • VPN is a Virtual Private Network that allows you to create a secure connection to PFP’s network over the internet
  • Connect to this first every time you log on
  • Icon located on desktop
  • Should open automatically
  • An instant messaging tool to communicate with internal employees including IT, Training, teammates and Managers
  • Icon located on desktop
  • Our live online application system
  • Always use LifeGuard CONNECTED when selling to members

  • Our Customer Relationship Management tool where all member information is located 
  • This is web based; Training will give you a link to the site.

  • Use this to check your email at least once a day
  • Important emails from Training and Management are sent often
  • Icon located in the start menu in lower left corner

 

 

  • Company payroll software; use this to clock-in if hourly (cannot be done on mobile app), review your paystubs, request time off, review company policies

Required Functions

  • At the end of every shift, restart your computer
  • When you log in, you will need to reconnect to the VPN
  • Monday, clear cache inside CRM 10 software/app
  • Wednesday morning – Complete LG Sync including the restart, without restart, the sync the process is incomplete.

At the end of your shift, plug in and restart your computer, leave the lid OPEN

This allows IT to send daily updates.
