  1. Unmute your microphone to speak

 

  1. Turn on your video to be seen by the group

 

*Trainees and Trainers will be visible to each other throughout the entire training

 

 

The “Share” button allows you to share your screen or an application

 

You’ll use the emoticons often to provide feedback

 

The “Participants” button allows you to view who is in the meeting room

 

The “Chat” opens a chat box for you to send messaged to the group or a direct person

How to share your screen on Webex

  1. Click on the Share button on the bottom of the WebEx screen and a box will pop-up.
  2. On the left, select Screen 1 or Screen 2 so we can see everything on that screen
  3. Then click Share at the bottom of the box.
