When you initially Log In for the day  and you get this message.  What do you do??  Click okay!!! And the box below will pop-up.  Do Not click cancel; if you do there will be no box and you will have to log out and log in again.

 

  • Click OK

 

  • Type in your PASSWORD to MATCH what you use to log into your computer (AD password or VPN password)

 

 

  • In the top right corner; Click Save and you are all set to go forward with the Call functionality and automation.

 

  • THIS WILL POP UP AND NEED TO BE UPDATED EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR COMPUTER
