    2. Select “Inbound”
    3. Enter Zip Code for state-specific application
    4. Select Market Code
    5. Select “Inbound Connector Representative” 
    6. Pull up Lifeguard application
  1. Provide quote to the member
    1. Quick Quote or quote in the application
    2. “Enroll” quote into Lifeguard
  1. Complete underwriting questions
    1. ** If reinforcement of “need” is necessary, complete the Beneficiary before the underwriting. Beneficiary helps solidify the “need” for the member. **

  1. Complete Lifeguard application in order of the Lifeguard tree
    1. Owner Information
      1. Owner’s general information—Applicant/Owner
      2. Home Address
      3. Communication
      4. ** SKIP IDENTITY CONFIRMATION **

  1. Applicant/Owner Page- Obtain member’s Social Security Number
  1. Complete Identify Confirmation
  1. Payment
  1. Designee
  1. Required TOS Forms
  1. Owner Voice Signature
  1. Agent Signature
  1. Accept and submit the application
